Some posters here have some nice plans and hope they work out. My shorts these days at these good supply levels have been more hit and run short term style trades. I've been mostly a EUR/USD buyer of dips on the H4 chart since the beginning of June. Hopefully I'll get another chance to reload around 1.2525/50 again.

I am afraid EU will not follow the chart today! it's not a technical chart day today.IMO

can anyone can confirm...

EUR/USD is rallying on the back of eur/swiss franc and that is pushing gold and silver..
euro/swiss franc is benefiting from the rumour that swiss national bank would raise the floor from 1.20 to higher... if it turns out to be baseless, like in the past, then eur could see a sharp downward pressure ...

I posted this 2 days ago on EurAnalysis thread but it broke past 1.25892. There are two downward trend lines blocking off the rally though. Everything is overbought now, but weekly/monthly is oversold. I guess Draghi's speech will be the moving force now.

@post I agree, its not a technical day.

so fundementally no matter how much they do or don't buy why should it alter the value of the euro upwards when it is only a plaster and does not reduce debt just increases the overall EU risk factor?


as for the leaks, if an officer of a company made any of these stupid remarks that the politicians make every day they would be hauled in front of the stock exchange and made to explain themselves.... enough said on that I think

so rant over I think they are pumping before dumping

Pivot: 1.2560.

Our Preference: LONG positions @ 1.257 with 1.263 & 1.2655 as next targets.

Alternative scenario: The downside penetration of 1.256 will call for a slide towards 1.252 & 1.249.

I agree.
The years are going to be tough guys. China is starting to see its workforce decrease, so they wont get growth as we have seen before... not to mention Japan, Korea and Taiwan where its even worse ...

Then, only hope for the 10 years ahead may be India, Indonesia, Africa

Well Max, what you say is the long run for the EU. But Right now , a back door has to be open for the monetary union. This Bond buying program can play this Trojan horse , in which you start helping the PIIGS countries and squeeze them when needed for finalizing the monetary policies. But from what i see , this buying program is far from finalizing ...

Plus, Pumping and Dumping is a not a policy for a central Bank - they wouldn't sacrifice their reputation and market trust over some peripheries that wouldn't hold up in face of tough winds. I just think Dragni's plan is agreed on the fundamental - but they disagree on details ... and the bloody devil is in the details !
