If they do not lower the interest rate and we see some negative data from USD, the resistance can be broken.

Anyway it can still go in both directions...I'm really waiting for a clear short signal.

Something I noticed, when Europe is in flames NY doesn't trade as you say.. When the U.S. is burning, London session sucks.... Either way it pisses me off too. Waste of time..

EU has to go up as I see it, the bond buying scheme is the "last" possible hope for euro to survive, if EU does not go up from here, after Draghi speech tomorrow, then its finished, that is the end of the euro and it will only ever go down.

However it doesnt seem like the euro is ready to die just yet, I dont think anyone believes euro end is right around the corner, and for that reason I feel it will continue to go up.

You can always count on politicians to do what is necessary to bring "peace" in the short-term, I expect Merkel to eventually give in and support bond buying. If Germany keeps saying "nein" they will be blamed for everything that goes wrong in Europe.
What happened to EUR/CHF? It still doesn't come back to 1.201. SNB won't say a word yet but if they are really trying to push up as some rumor says then E/U could reach 1.3 soon....

Euro reverses today keeps in below 1.2637. I think trend remains sideways. Trade above 1.2637 will target 1.2747.
My opinions:

Bulls will come, and break through the 1,263 levels. After this, they reach the 1,265x levels, and there will be a little retracement, to make sure that broken 1,263x level is now a support. Let's try to reach the 1,27xx level.

OR

Bulls are trying to break the 1,263x resistance, but they fall. Bears will come, and they push the pair down to 1,253x area, or "worse", to the 1,249x-1,25 area. If that resistance can hold back the bears, more bulls will come, and perhaps we will see the 1,27xx levels.

I don't have any opened positions, I am waiting now.
