IMHO it be a good ide to have links in the posts that are linked in terms of relevant information to one another. This would allow for people to travel through the vital information with some ease.

There is a great deal of great information in this thread but some times really difficult to find. I once found myself traveling through emails and and old posts for a whole weekend to find info i had read once with a link to this.

I don't think that's going to be possible, or necessary
First of all, I do not have the ability to add to or modify other user's posts.
Even if I did, I wouldn't have the time.
Secondly, there is a search field at the top of every page on this thread. Type the key word you are looking for and press search. That's how I do it and I have never had any trouble finding something.

Thats great if you can remember something thats in the post, i just had a vague notion of what i was looking for and found it through going through a lot of posts about iniceis and comodities info... But you have a good point all the info in the EurAnalysis Kindergarten thread will be about a perticular aspect of the market and trading so it should be easier to find it all.

Btw, FF search engine is not that great, if you are looking for some old posts try www.hitler.com and into the search field, write what you are looking for and after that, you write site:www.forexfactory.com.

For example, you write:
Kindergarten thread site:www.forexfactory.com

and it will direct you.

Norcini discusses the crucial changes in the COT structure, but first, Egon von Greyerz, of Materhorn Asset Management out of Switzerland, had this to say about Bernanke’s speech: “On the one hand he says we shouldn't expand the balance sheet further because that isn't good for the finances of the Fed. But on the other hand, and this is the important statement at the end of his speech, he talks about daunting economic challenges that confront our nation.”

Norcini noted this development in the COT: “The COT is a good reflection of what we saw on the price side, Eric. In both metals (gold and silver) you had a huge influx of speculative money, whether it's hedge fund money, large reportable (entities) such as CTA's, commodity pool operators, large private traders, and then the public.



They were all in there buying with a passion this week, while the usual suspects, the bullion banks and some of the swap dealers were all selling. We've got speculative money coming into these markets in a big way, and we've got big, commercial related selling, but that's been the course of these markets over the course of the last 10, 11, 12 years.



Speculators are buying, but that's what takes these markets higher. We've been lacking that speculative inflow. You and I have talked about that in some of our recent reports here, where we've discussed the sideways action in these metals, and how we've had a slow bleed-down in speculative interest.



That all changed when you took those resistance levels out on the charts. Now you've got all of that money coming back in, and that's what's being picked up on those COT reports right now, Eric. I would expect that to continue as long as these markets trend higher because that's what's going to be driving them is the return of the speculator.”

Eventually my blog will have categorized posts with key words that will be very easily searchable. Unfortunately FF is not that keyword friendly.

With the poster's permission, when a golden nugget post is made here that everyone would like to keep tabs on for future reference, I can re-post it on my blog with specific key words in a specific category. Apart from that, we have what we have here. It has improved over the years but still it does not have efficient historical search capability.

We sold EURUSD at 1.2556 as prices put in a Bearish Engulfing candlestick pattern below resistance at the top of a Rising Wedge pattern carved out since late July. Prices are now rebounding to retest the Wedge top but the overall bearish setup remains intact absent a daily close above the Engulfing pattern’s high (1.2588, our stop-loss) and we will continue to hold short. The initial target remains at 1.2398.

Please answer the following questions before launching a rousing defense of the All-Powerful Fed and its chairman:

8. How has the average parasitic Neofeudalist Financial Lord benefited from the Fed's "rob the poor to give to the rich" policies?(Answer: Handsomely. The top 1%'s income and net worth has soared as Ben and his Merry Band of Thieves have stripmined interest income from the poor and pension funds and diverted it to the rich.)

11. How does Ben the Reverse Robin Hood justify his thievery?(Answer: he doesn't. Officially sanctioned propaganda casts him in the role of selfless do-gooder, protecting saintly Neofeudalist Financial Lords from restless debt-serfs.)

Listen up, debt-serfs, you have it good here on the manor estate. You get three squares of greasy fast-food or heavily processed faux-food a day, and if Reverse Robin Hood and his Merry Band of Thieves is ripping you off it's for a good reason: the predatory Neofeudalist Financial Lords need the money more than you do, as they have a lot of political bribes to pay: it's an election year, and the bribes are getting increasingly costly. Regarding all this hype about gold from your sources that you post here, I have a couple of comments.

First of all, I don't trade gold because for me it carries no value unless I'm buying physical gold at an excellent price for a quick flip

Secondly, unless there is an actual trend on increasing demand for physical gold, any rally we see in the markets on contracts that will never be delivered, are considered to be a bubble in my eyes.

Third, and probably the most factual, if I were to believe all the hype I have read over the last 12 months and actually bought gold as a result, I would probably be bankrupt by now (see chart)
