For real, IMO nothing from the fiscal side until election is over. If Obama wins they have a slight chance of seeing something a bit more aggressive on the fiscal side as he will not have the "reelection effect" of all 1st term presidents...while the Republicans look so far a bit "confuse" on their economic plan (as confuse as Obama was when he took office) during ealry campaign so that will delay any prospect of any fiscal solution until late 2014...in both cases assuming they actually have a coherent...

Right now, the correlations are a bit off due to uncertainty over how the CBs are going to intervene in the markets.
Over time the market changes its personality and correlations break or deviate somewhat. That is the nature of the market. Very dynamic.
Will they be 100% correlated with each other again? Nobody knows.

Also broke above falling trend line resistance and is on a technical momentum run... Bubble.
Even if EU hits your target of 1.16, $26 likely wont break, and neither will $1530. Just my opinion but they have been too strong. If they do break, look out below. Would probably be the equivalent of 1.16 breaking on E/U. Complete nose dives.
Not much resistance in sight, unless this is a fake breakout of the down trend, which is exactly what happened at $37 last time. There is a little R at $32-33, then some more substantial at $35, and then $37 of course.
Also, testing the primary bull trend and failing is not a good sign for bears
