Just a quick thought. So what will be the GAP come Sunday? I would say 100 if at a top and it doesn't drop.

A close above 1.2675 we will have to consider the tide turning to a bullish trend IMO. Especially if 1.2750 is broken over the next few sessions. Just look at your weekly chart.

Tell the guys in ZH to measure the % gain in stock markets from QE1 until now (is the ultimate low on the recession 2009 to a almost 4 year high....only all time highs above) and ask them again if QE HAS WORKED or NOT? .... ...

Would you agree though that QE has really only helped the top 1%, and has not trickled down to the real U.S economy and Main St?

LOL QE has not worked. Smoke and mirrors. Europe vs US. Let's see who can suck the worst with fiscal policy and call it intelligence while simply enslaving the population to the money makers/printers. Most would call that a conflict of interest but...

We know that the bastards know how to squeeze every penny out of free money from the FED. They always have done it. In the last few years the FED has been a very milky cow. Sure it has benefit a lot just the 1% but we cannot deny now it worked to stop the recession, mark a bottom on the economy and at least give the first ignition to start walking again ...US is still far from walking alone and growing the way it was used to.

The US is maybe not "on track" yet but is at least "on a track"...and the FED has played an important role digging them out of the hole and given some structure to start the recovery (compare with Europe where a CBs is not allowed to promote growth and etc).

Obviously a CB via monetary policy alone will never ever, be the engine for growth on the real economy ...so the hard work starts there but that depends somewhere else not on the FED. So yes, it has benefit the most the 1% but that happens always in with finance and free money from the CBs but it has also done the other thing a CBs has to do.... Compare and contrast with the other CBs and you can see how is the FED doing and if it is doing a good job or not.

For example look at the UK ...a complete disaster, even more QE than the US, printing like mad...and there only the 1% in the City has benefited ...the UK is double dip -1.7% with almost all sector in red whil in the US is +1.7% and almost all sector in green even housing now. Let's not even mention the ECB as it can not even make the simple of the decision because of the political BS (1/2 of Europe is in double dip)...
