Can someone explain to me why does EUR seem to keep going up even when USD news is good? I don't see how the home prices in the US increasing should bring up the EUR.

it all has to do with market sentiment...with the Euro and European economy in trouble, any indication that the US economy may recover and save the european economy thereafter, can be used by traders to justify confindence in the Euro, if that is their bias or desire...its not necessarily rational, but thats the markets...

In other words, eur will go up if US news is good and eur will go up if US news is bad. So it can only go up. That's why I don't look at fundamentals. The charts never lie. Been successful so far trading mostly on technicals.
