can u please comment on e/g... looks lik a gud short to me on daily... res from lows of 15-16 may also high of 6-7 jun...

If the hourly bar closes above the 2550, there is decent chance to go to test the recent high.

"One trade" is misleading, because my position size ended 8.5x larger than when I entered. (the "0.5" instead of a whole number is because the second time I added to the position, I had reached max buying power )

So you initial risk per trade is about 3%?

Price behavior indicated strong uptrend with minimal retracement. Effective trading means adjusting your risk/trade size based on price behavior at the time. Paid off.

Plus, I moved SL to to new basis after each time.

Chances are good of this continuing up, but I've started out at a much smaller size. The majority of the move is likely over.

kibe my main question is how much of your account did you risk (%) on the initial trade? its fine to scale in past your normal leverage after your are in the green, i think its a very effective strategy and use it quite often, im just curious how much you risked on the first long

not too bad, as long as you are well in the green your account can handle a large amount of losers.

one thing i think is smart to do is use very low leverage to build account slowly, and once its the green a bit and you are confident your drawdowns are minimal you can get away with risking 3-5% per day, and as long as you dont have drawdown, your account will build very fast from that point, with the new increased risk any losses will only lose profit, not your original deposit

anyway nice trade
