Decent broker but i found the slippage started getting bad for me. Maybe because I scalp so much and they arent an ECN broker, so they were holding my orders. Whatever it was I moved, as I had orders held for 5-10 seconds at times. Often had slippage of at least 2 pips.

One good thing about HotForex is you can have a new account open AND funded in less than 24 hours, so at least its easy to give them a try. No U.S. clients however.

we are through the daily pivot now so as long as that holds we are probably going to see a down day today.

I just love reducing my risk when I can so I took the partial profit, now I can "set and forget" this trade with no risk at all

I hear you!, absolutely the right way to go about it. I'm just risking a little more but I think it will definitely be a down day, the dollar index futures is bouncing off a channel on the 4 hour and 1 hour chart. Looking really bullish right about now for the dollar.

care to chime in on that?

As long as we are above 1.2485 the trend is bullish. Below would cause Eur to collapse.

as silver has gone straight up for the past week, i wouldn't be surprised to see some dollar strength and the metals pull back just a bit. care to post your dxy chart??

silver usually leads the way, and it has been headed down for the last few hours,2% off the highs (maybe an indication that dollar is about to have a little rally)
