Its a term he uses for the way he trades. I'll attach the description and instructions below. I have tried it myself with varying degrees of success, and am yet to master it. He does still use this method, just check out his recent posts, so it is current and he and others do seem to be quite successful using it, so maybe its just not for me.

Hope he doesnt mind me reposting his work and that you find it of use.

Just amazing at the number of pairs you watch, I mainly watch fiber, ozzie and EJ. I found out that when I try to watch too many pairs, especially with the LTF's, I miss lots of setups. By watching fiber alone today one could've scored some descent pips

2nd trade of the day. AUDUSD, 5m FTB into supply post news announcement. Sitting at 2R, will look to take some profits.

Watch about 20 pairs... Normally don't trade 1M/5M setups except when I'm bored.

Couldn't post my trades. Looks like FF servers were serewed up...

Out of curiosity how do you organise and manage watching 20 pairs?

Well, I usually watch for the setups on 1H/4H/daily and fine tune my entry on 5M/15M. Just enough time to watch 20 pairs. Nothing special….

There were very nice traps in play though, had the 1st beartrap on my radar but missed my entry due to work obligations
