I still remember maybe 4 years ago when I visited Istanbul one Euro = 1.25-1.5 and now it's higher (better for us when shopping
)I still travel to istanbul 1x every 2 months

well it is smmer time we got a lot inc tourists from europe so a lot euros coming in,normally market has to change these euros to try to use in our country so market and governtment wont let ppl have 1.89 try for 1 euro, we sell a lot of goods to europe so 1.89 euro will hurt our importers so market wont let this happen also,
see chart below under 2.0 eurtry will ding the bells for our domestic market....

Yep.. 60% fat, 20% breadcrumbs, 10% salt/spices and 10% meat all compressed into a cylindrical shape and jabbed with a spike. Then placed on a vertical rotisserie and allowed to turn and heat for days on end, slicing off the cooked surface until you're down to the spike. Rinse and repeat.
