in the market, indicators like RSi or even stochastic does not work in highly volatile period they are instead delay/lagging indicators, even moving average is meet because price already went there during high volatility/volume.

i wonder how ur scalper strategy can scalp retrace short from tuesday to thursday when it had been overbought on every tf from 1min to 1 hour until 4 hour is reached yesterday on 1.2586. this week when the bull started to run, will only keep hitting stops, but ur stop is good, 15 pip. Those buyers after price got breakout from 1.2380 and 1.2450, was lucky any buy will only jump higher.

firstly is to identify the market behavior and patterns, ur scalping strategy will only work in ranging/consolidated range, just like eur/usd was before it break out from 1.2355 across its resistance at 1.2380 and then 1.2450 on hour 4. It then become a bull momentum market, any buy from there will just keep pushing when it broke the down trend and price action of 1.2440 area, check your hour4 and u will see it.

There is no such thing as oversold/overbought that is what make traders fear of entering buy at resistance/sell at support only to see the price did went that direction, but already too late.

, remember sell in may and go away? what happened in may, is there such thing as oversold? the oscillators will just remain on the same area where price don't move on a continuation of a biased direction, after it get enough rest, it keep breaking every support, vice versa resistance on a bull market.

The bears stole it, but they'll give it back after support @ 1.2480.
So just keep bleeding for a while.

edit au daily is very interesting chart plenty been posted today by different people, and very good ones too and we traded the previous channel breach, remember it was absolute ahole period, her just kept crawling up beneath the ltl, about 8 or 9 days, fuk trollop, but bro when her did give up and fall was approx 900 pips, her p[ossibly in the same process now, I will do up chart shortly cant find old one

shorts looking good down to 1,2470 at least. Wall st has been falling consistently for three days and now I think euro will follow. I've set TP for 1,2480 as I've got to go out. This is just above H1 100SMA, and just above the 38.2% fib anchored from the low on the 20th August. I think it'll go lower, but don't want to leave position over the long weekend.( bank hols here in the UK don't forget) I'll eat my mouse if it snaps back in the pm session, this looks like a pretty safe short atm ( famous last words!!)

I am happy with the current low on both GBP & EUR if it doesn't hold I lose a few pips if if does I take a few pips !!
