Google didnt help. It says it is volume weighted average price. and there is no measurable volume in FX. So, just another indicator imo.
Maybe PT can explain how volume works again another 100x for you guys. I really don't have the patience.

Wow, it took me over 45 minute to catch up with the posts from last night. Oye! Many new faces around here, even if only momentarily 
The top of the raising wedge has been hit last night and we're seeing some pull back from it. I've taken a small short from 1.2554 which looked like a good entry. Stop on this puppy is just above Daily R1 and the top raising trend line. So exposure is only 20 pips or so.
Spanish 10Y bonds have popped about 20 basis points since hitting our daily high at 1.2570. The DOW and S&P still seems to want to move up. Still waiting on CMan's promise of a 250 point drop in DOW today.
Both crude and gold are going down slowly but not dramatically.
Europe economic data was for the best part in line with expectations or slightly better. So nothing to move this pair. US jobless claims at 8:30am will most likely change that.

PS: As I type this the price went back to my entry point retracing 20 pips re-enforcing the DM4 support at 1.2537.

Don't waste your time googling an indicator. You need to start from the general framework if you are interested in exploring this concept...
