Nice to see you around. This kind of CHOROS scalping is very similar to what I do when scalping the higher TFs (although I am currently on vacation).

Hello Kostas, Bin, Grovs... and all.

I was away doing some business activities.
From my hiding cave I was silently following choros setups and reading the thread.

I am happy to see new faces around here along the good old fellows. This is an excellent sign for who ever doubt - that Dance/Choros is a well formed method which can achieve consistency.

Hello MR1 is is the average between the daily distance pivot and resistance in the images that always shifts public in some shops these points when I see good shops

risky is it to say that because the emus were flat, but to myself I saw a good opportunity is the pullback by PA development and trigger point 5m was putting the odds in my trade

Hi Dancers,

This is my first post in this thread ever since I have been following from April this year.Prior to that I was trading using set & forget signals from a signal provider that I've subcribed for several months and eventually found it's not really working as the winning and losing trades are almost equal in quantity and not really making any profits despite paying for subcription.

After spent two months reading the original Clay's M15 dance manual,the original dance thread and also choros thread half way through and practice on simulator I started to trade in demo from Jun untill now.I am practicing only on constrainment and AAA touch trades in GU and EU M15 with M5,H1,D1 for confluance signal.I made some good constrainment trades but my touch trades are still poor, got hit SL (12-15pips) many times in 10/35/50ma touch trades and still struggling to learn touch trades.

On the other hand due to nature of my work and family commitments I have very limited time to trade.I could only find time to trade 2 hours in New York session (9-11am EST).I found that the M15 constrainment & AAA trade opportunities are less during this time.

So my question is can I get more trade opportunities if I trade in M5 or M1?
Hope to hear from dance experts there.

Welcome to CHOROS.
I am mostly doing M5 and indeed you get more trade opportunities but this requires being in front of the screen when they occur, otherwise you will miss them. If during these 2 hrs you can put your full attention on trading then you can try M5. With your limited time, my suggestion is to use higher TF with smaller lot size and bigger SL.
Focusing on AAA is a good approach, don't rush your trades. With experience you will become a little more adventurous, but for now stick to the best. I see from your post that you have developed a disciplined approach and you don't appear as a instant gratification guy, so your chances for success are increased.

Hello Dancers,

Thanks to all involved for your recent help on counting bars.

I have a question regarding a trade that I took today @~GMT15:30:

EURJPY 15m, SL 11pips, TP ? (next support level Daily S1 at ~50pips)

Reasons for entry:

1st pullback after 15pips+ drop below 35/50MAs in my direction, 2nd bar in the pullback, which was a rapid one as well, the price broke from consolidation area leaving 1h 35/50 MAs (green), 15m 10/35/50 MAs (red/violet), RN and Daily Pivot Point (dark blue) behind. When it pulled back rapidly I went short at the touch of the 15m 10MA (despite it seems like 1hr 50MA due to slippage). Of course at that time it was much steeper than in the image, as later on the price moved up decreasing its slope. I thought it would have been a pretty strong entry with all those levels above acting as a resistance. I was stopped out at 11pips. Can anyone give me any good reason for NOT entering that trade though?

Was it a mistake, as the price broke through RN and Daily Pivot? I.e. the fact the 15 10MA was a couple of pips above those levels disqualified shorting at that point? Your help is always much appreciated.

I feel grateful to hear from a great yet very successful dance trader.Really appreciate your prompt response.I would also like to thank the rest of traders in the forum who are contributing a lot for the benefit of newbies.

I will start practicing in M5 while still looking for strong setup in M15,H1.
Went through some of your M5 trade in Jul...while 12/23ma touch trade being formed in M5 what you look for in M1 for entry? In which posts I could find more M5 trades together with M1 charts ?

Here is one from this morning. Also a good example of why you need to be nibble with this TF.

P.S. One trade, finished my daily goal (~15p). When this happens on a Friday, I am a happy camper....
