Especialy when this drop had no technical reasons behind it, only fear of QE3 which won't happen rather

Take a look at the volumen at the drop candle. It is very low as for movement which took most on last week uptrend. Also price didn't went back under blue line, which is the bearish trend line from 84 lvl. Ofc stochastic is showing oversold market.

On the other hand we are again under 200 sma and 78.80 resistance. From now anything can happen again, but taking into consideration weak dolar, and big drop without confirmation in volumen and technical reasons, i'am still in favor of bullish movement.

Also i would expect some news saying that there will be no QE3 from Bermanke or someone close to him, which should end this theather of fear and weak dollar.

pulled back bit further than I thought likely, Japs should pull it back above 78.8 for my comfort

Entry order pending @78.14 net long @79.35 closed other positions on other pairs and focusing on this one.

they surprised us today. I swear, I will never trade on whether or no the FED will do QE3, if they say nothing, then trade accordingly, dont be t on what they are going to say or do, trade once they have done and said it

Disappointing, yes, but not disastrous and not deviating too far from consensus. As long as the figures are under 400 we are ok.
