GU Comment:

PA has the appearance of a sell off in the asian session, then being resurrected for consolidation, i.e., time to convert from longs to shorts in the range newly formed by the resurrection move. There is a USD high impact in about 4 hours. If the market intends to use that event as a trigger for a move down, then surely the US BBs will also try a SL hitting pop for last minute good shorting. Could happen.

Anyway, current PA is such that a move down thru the whole number triggers a Sonic R. short trade.

I am shorting EU around 1.2370 and put SL around 1.2382, not shown here cause is not sonic's setup, see the "kangaroo tail" on H1...the prices may form a new small sonic short setup...We will see...

Yes, and on M5 using VSA we can see the very high trading activity at the top of each step up. So, should a Sonic R. short setup occur, we have this as additional support for it.

hmmm...
No "...hmmm..." at all, emmanuel7788. Don't be critical and lazy. Just do the math. Well, let me help you out, since you seem only able to smoke and wonder.

For example, say a 1 lot trade for eleven days with a negative swap of,....say $13/lot just to make this as unprofitable as we can. That is $143 lost to swaps over eleven days. And let us say $30/lot is lost to spread (also more than the actual case). So that takes $173 dollars away from 121 pips @ $10 each, or $1,210 gross profit. Hope you can do the math from here, to figure the net profit per lot traded.

Well, I am kind. So, let me help you out some more. Let us say, considering leverage and all, the trade required tying up $3000 (also an exaggeration). And let us say an investment of $3000 took one year to make a net profit of $1000+ (not just eleven days). That would equate to a 33+% annual return. Not bad. Even better that it happened in just eleven days. Even if critical and lazy, with this you must agree.

Emmanuel7788, your post is without question a negative innuendo. Either you have a critical lack of comprehension of these matters, or you are just trying to stir up trouble. I will give you the benefit of doubt, and assume it came from a lack of comprehension. It really isn't difficult. Try doing the math yourself the next time, instead of just "wondering" in your haze of smoke.

Truely, I was anticipating a trade for better results, time wise. But, the market went into extended ranging. The downside today might just be the beginnings of more to come. Or maybe just more ranging. I am quite happy to have the profit offered here this Friday, and to be able to start again fresh next week.

lol.. if you avg 125 pips a week on average which is 25 a day. If you cannot do that basic math and see how obviously rich you could be with just that as a average. smh. $1 PER PIP per $2000 which to me is pretty conservative.
