I said economists as well in my initial statement, and both Draghi and Bernanke are surely economists. That being said, by the time you hear what they have to say the markets have reacted. And the worst thing is that the markets may not even react how we expect the news to make them react. And THAT being said, its best to sit on the sidelines whenever the two speak.

I agree only that we should be looking at PA. My remarks about Bernanke and Dragni are just observations as to who I believe, is doing a better job.

You might be right - but I wouldn't expect price to blow past 1.2330 if it happens.

You mean you stayed aside when Draghi announced the rate from 1% to 0.75% ? C'mon that I really can't believe, although I'm a n0b i did some nice profits on that.

After all they are the bigmouths of this game so IMO you should watch the charts when they speak, but in the same time due to the rough times that both economies are facing ( EU & US ) these 2 guys speak quite often and they don't move the market as they did a while ago.
So again it's all about being there at the right time to "buy on the rumor and sell on the news". Correct me if i'm wrong

I actually just started trading haha, so you should believe it! Either way, I think both men have a lot more on their plate than any of us can quantify really.

USDCAD big move down btw, almost all time lows, could be a nice bargain if things calm down.

1.2345 held quite nicely so far , 70 will be hard to crack though but if it does i think we should see 1.24, just my opinion gd luck
