I'm looking for a way to have an alert popup (or just a audible alert) when the price hits a trendline. Some trading platforms I've used in the past had that option, but it seems MT4 does not. Or I can't figure it out.
Anybody know if this is possible or if there's an addon (while we're on that topic) available?
CrapT4 has a Alert function for Price crosses but not for Trendlines...just check the Alert Tab in the Terminal Window (beside Account History)

There are a couple of Trendline Indicators and EAs available also here on FF...
But I only know of Trading EAs for Trendlines...don't know of any only Alert Indicators or EA's

Trading Levels with WRBs & Aggressive, Volatile Volume

On the MT4 > Alert > Create

You can create as many as you wish for any pairs.

Good addon for Firefox.

- install
- restart Firefox
- right click on page you want to have auto reload
- enable
- set time

Turn off when you write a post.

No, i donīt use tp, only sl.
Sometimes i close positions to equilibrate the small losses until i get to the big trend. Iīm a follower.

Don't need to turn off...just use middle mouse button (scrollwheel) on the Quote button to open a new tab...or right click "open in new tab"

...uhhhh...Bulls gaining strength...will 2340 also fail as resistance?
good that I'm still at the sidelines..
If PA stays above 1.2330, next resistance is 1.2375. After that the 55EMA on daily near 1.2425 area. Looks like a rally today and maybe turnaround Tuesday.

The PriceAlert one has default sounds but does not work with trendlines. Still looking at the second one (Chin) now.

I am shure such alert exist, I have one that beeps when price touch daily pivot.

I use the cross hair to see where it touches the trend line then set the alert manually
