Easy when you get billions from ecb invest them into economy to create jobs,second drop the tax on international companies to attract investments.As for now EU is Feeding all those countries but money disappear straight into air.

Now you know why long term support and resistance zones works.

EURUSD. Will we see the bulls break above 1.2440 for first time this coming week?

There is a rising channel on the 4hr chart. If point 3 holds, the bulls will succeed in creating a third higher low. And if it holds, we may expect to see a re-test of 1.2440 zone again.

I personally think market is creating a bottom at least recent COT reports showing more and more balanced positions between two main players
However this correction could last up to 2620 which in my opinion is a key level for bulls if we consider past price movement as indication of future market behaviour, so more choppy action ahead - H4 swings in favour.

i was sitting in brutal traffic on the 405 south passing through san clemente toward san diego on saturday. it seemed like every lane i entered was the one lane that seemed to move the slowest. as soon as i entered another lane it immediately stopped and i was now in the slowest lane.

this repeated over and over.

made me think about my trades. i enter the market as its moving and shortly if not immediately after; the market halts if not reverses. each trade is as if i just changed lanes.

this week, i'm not gonna change lanes.

I totally agree..according to elliott waves truncations do occur in 5th waves. it could be W at support OR M at resistance

No..No..

You are just looking at the lower time frame...there is a term called multiple timeframe analysis. You have to narrow it down from the bigger time frames...eg. you draw support and resistance lines on H4 timeframe and trade of M15. The bigger picture is key.

GU MONDAY 13th Aug 2012 OUTLOOK
Friday trading for GU pair ended with a late bullish turn. The week ahead shows possible upward movement of GU as the bullish factors are still intact for this pair.

HOW WE WILL TRADE THIS PAIR AT MARKET OPEN ON MONDAY
1) We will wait for the market to retrace to the 1 hr 21-EMA. Any possible upward move after the candle touches the EMA will result to bullish entry for 40pips.

2) But if the candle breaks the 1hr 21-EMA, We will place a SELL trade for 40pips take profit.

Still flat correction down 1.2259/52 ... daily basis ...

Correction zigzag 1.2395/96 ... weekly basis ...

If not higher than 1.2411/ 43 on a two or three day prospective then much deeper than 1.2219/ 00 again ... 14 day or monthly basis ...
