I prefer drawing channels differently - using actual swing highs/lows. So no touch on bottom of channel, but plenty of downward mometum:

Well I dont "krickel-krackel" in charts that much ... as pattern changes at any time very fast ...

"krickel-krackel" <= means draw with paint or photoshop tools there ...

We should be able to see it with inner eye or intuition very fast in any situations ...

And regarding to the question with MAJOR SUPPORT ... commonly a DAILY PIVOTAL SUPPORT number ONE and TWO is widespread anticipated as being a major one ...

In other words ... if that (GREEN DOTTED LINE = SUPPORT ONE) doesn't hold ... things get most likely out of corrective or pullback pattern ranges ...

From this post i would actually see that you draw what you want to see not what the market is doing. There is not enough down momentum for sure

Thanks... I will mull over your chart. By the way, I prefer Fireworks and Flash over MSPaint and Photoshop. I just started trading live again after getting stomped on a live account a few years ago. Got busy with work and just in this last year, I started giving it more serious attention again. This time, no more blown up accounts. No more being greedy wiht over leverage. More patience for better setups, and finally learning how to follow the larger time frames. But still far to go. Alright, thanks for the insight. Have a nice weekend.

Nice Chart. I can't see 20 minute charts on my platform. Time to go to sleep. Way past my bed time.

All the information asked you can find from the chart, i didn"t draw it but it is very easy to see. For sure there is a 5 wave confirmed . An hourly close above 1.2338 will be enough to drive it up. There are also other patterns on the daily which sustain bullish momentum but il be glad to buy what you sell next week

Fair enough but I connected swing lows, you connected random points. I think you are the one trying to find what you want.

Whether or not there is enough down momemtum or not there certainly isn't up momemtum unless you are looking at a 1 minute chart on a lazy summer afternoon (here in USA) and night where you are at.
