added more shorts at top of consolidation - news was benign so want to see 228x

put that in context though I have banked plenty from GU EU Dax and Crude today so I am only risking a small additional fraction.

Yes i love to do this too when already have pips banked. I try to add on every retrace with tight stops.

Could test 2318 again might be a good short there. 2330 would be nice, then NY can take it down another 50-70 pips.

Taking a break for next 45 min.

Just a bit above my risk which was 40(eu) and 23 (ea), so I made 2% total on both trades.

I lost 1% before on another trade, so I am happy to close with about 1% for the day. I could be wrong, but I never will go broke booking profits.

I think you also did well closing part of it. you never know that is going to happen. Anyway I can see already turning on eurjpy and eurgbp, also she has formed some kind of abcd pattern reaching 1.27 of the previous leg at 1.23
