emm.. guys, care to share the answer for this question..

"how far we as retail traders effect the market" .. in terms of lot size and so on ... lets say i trade with 1.0 lot size for standard account .. does it really count into the market?

Someone told me this:

I was standing at a bus stop in Manhattan NY. A cab pulled over to the curb and a Japanese tourist sitting in the passanger seat asked a very old lady, who was wating for the bus, directions to Empire State Building. The lady angrily replied "I know the address but won't tell you. There was no problem for you people finding Pearl Harbor, now go find that building yourself".

To influence the market you need to think of 100,000 standard lots or more.

my other target got hit 1.2328 area and i had my tp set at 1.2290. i woke up and seen the PA and was uncomfortable especially with the 4hr bollinger bands and price bouncing of 12344 bottom band. so ill take the profit and exit and wait. i expected price to get to 12290 during Ny trading but s&p opened low and has been bought up today so i'm even more confused i thought we'd get a pullback in equities. everything is basically flat for the day.

Some brokers are always open, and banks almost never close at the same time.
But the week of Christmas is most of the time very boring. And sometimes not.
You can never say that there will be no action.

It sounds like she had issue with forgiveness. Sponge baths can help that. That's why the Japanese tourist didn't retort by mentioning Nagasaki or Hiroshima. Europeans and Americans work too hard. This is why they're still pissed off about everything that happened many years ago. I bet the old lady in that story had at least 3 jobs...

You ride on their wave. That's the only way to profit in forex.

sometimes i just confused by the terms "stop loss hunting" .. what cause it.. and why there's entity to SL hunt other traders.. is it only one entity? or they are just a bunch of entity that have something in common and their goals to cash in traders money?
