Chicky is a very valuable trader with a fine sense of humour.

One think I learned from him is the value of having an RR of 1:1.

With some of my short term methods modified to suit my personality is something that works well for me.

no my friend theoretically both s/l and tp are 2 pips & fulfill his 1:1 , practically he might get slip on filling & s/l which might lead extra pip loss

ps : buy price include spread

close first if you unsure. cash in first before it's gone.

i personally see market ranging still going on.. still no major break out.. i give 50% to down side, and 50% to up side.. but prefer to sell in short & long term unless 1.2440 break..

I took the cable short after the move up then failure to make any significant increase in the daily high after the soft data release.

yes i agree with you mohan; buy price include spread.

for that condition, 1.2448 at time buying will give you, -2 (for broker with spread 2 pips).. at time TP will give you 0.. even tho it's r:r = 1:1 .. wasn't that correct? erm. that's what suppose to happen as i trade with my broker.. im not sure if other broker may calculate different..
