i had a cross over at 12403 so shorted
SEE LINE,TRADE LINE..PRICE HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE,,, PRICE WILL GO SOMEWHERE.

i do agree with u.if one look at the daily chart the price actually broken downtrend line and close above it twice[if it closes above this today as well] and i think this line turn to support for the price action and also if one look at the weekly chart we have two strong reversal candles at the bottom and if u look at the median line chart i am anticipating of price reaching as first target of 630 and 750 and maximum i am seeing is 820 and if say price reverse offcourse its going all the way down to 1.17 as PT is anticipating.
that leave us with fundamentals which is suggesting price has to go down further but again the question is how much fundamental has improved with recent devaluation of euro,if one think about it todays fundamentals are not the same as two months ago becuase of the difference of the euro spot price,they are both different and hence fundamentals as well.i understand my limitations in this regard becos of my inexperience probably i will go with PT's assesment as he has 5 to 6 yrs lead on me and that means a lot to me.

Sell limit at 35 missed, but still short from 2417

If we do tank down, 2250 is the max I see before continuation of this corrective uptrend.

I don't think it will reach the bottom of the channel yet.

2490s would be right at this channel and down trend line convergence. Also the 61.8 fib from 2745-2040

still feels quite bullish though. still hopium rumors flowing

very boring Monday but at least the range got put in.

I get so sea sick when looking at that crazy chart with all the wavy lines. Looks like North sea. Gotta go lay down.

Good suggestion.
As about fundamental against technical analysis, I do prefer and trust more price action and technical analysis...
Fundamental analysis is based on "wisdom and common sense", and so many times I have seen markets (not only forex) behaving damn irrational.
Price many times did bizarre movements, only to find confirmation of it in fundamentals 3 days afterward.
The same is with news release, sometimes big change in important data doesn’t move price much, while other times small difference in forecast kicks the price sky high and nobody knows why, let alone ECB or FED press conference, when price can move up and down 200 pips within 1 hour…

anyone know a good mt4 broker that offers demo accounts with at least DXY and ES charts? i know i can resort to online charts but prefer the mt4 functionality.

on Daily broke up the TL. on H4 broke up the range and sma200 held the retracement. until now seems to me that may get higher (sorry Cgb )

It could also be a bull trap (fakey fakey)
That is the problem in a bearish market bull rally. You can never count on momentum.

By the way, SP500 has still not managed to break through the 1400 level despite many tries all day. Not a good sign for bulls so far.
