i think it went to high on that last swing up to make that work. That ruined any uniformity in the shoulders. at least i can't figure a way to draw it that looks right to me. however, that big dip that you are saying would be the head was a saucer and the flag was the handle. now, weather that saucer is done yet, is to be determined. I don't know the rule of thumb on those, but my guess is, the price shouldn't return to the handle until finished. anyone know where the target should have been? The flag would of had us pretty far up there....

I noticed the possible H&S and think that price could go to 1.229 then drop. There's two possible necklines, so I'm just going to wait and see what's up.

ya, well I will scalp it up and down no matter what happens on the m1 and keep an eye on the major time frames for candles and patterns. Honestly, I don't really take anything I see all that seriously anymore. A few pips is all I need and if its a runner and throwing flags its an added bonus!

This is my H1 view. I'll short if candle closes beneath 1.2240.

I was thinking to trade that. I do not have a clue about the outcome.

But I was thinking to switch in the 5 and place two orders (short and long 5 pips above/below the latest swing). I have a broker who has give me some money as a promotional introduction, I am going to use that. I have not done it before tough.

today data very hard to predict , last month was abnormally high (+27) due to, due to upcoming changes on Approvals law , so this month more chance for negative number but question is how bad is really a bad data ?

edit: looks Aussie decided to make pre data strike

edit : -2.5% very good data (y/y+10.2% )

I am in long @1.0509 with 25 pips SL.

If she goes my way, I am going to trail my SL below the latest swing on the 5m tf untill my risk is gained, then below the latest swing on the 1h tf

This is my first post, i've read this forum for months, im still a newbie and hope to learn from u all. I only use trend line, divergence, support & resistance level, pivot, fibonacci and im aware with the reversal candlestick pattern.

for today im short @1.23040 below daily pivot level zone and target 1.22300 - 1.22450 zone as a weekly pivot zone. if i think it will reverse, then i will close it early.

im always set SL at BE+ once profit (like now)

Yesterday was as expected, hit TP at 1.22300 for 70+ pip & triggered my pending order, buy limit there. because i expect there will be a divergence for the market to go up. now still with 45+ pip, SL at BE+ as usual and i will leave it targeting 1.23500 - 1.23800 zone (near upper trend line 4H)

goodluck.
