In case you don't have direct access to allover the markets participatiants then it will be triggered at first rate which is given after they plugged in ...

For the case your order is sitting between now and so-called "re-open gap" at opening with starting tradeable rates given into data-feed from your services ...

Rule ...

No price given ... no order execution possible ... simples ...

In proper environment like Confoederatio Helvetica nothing else is allowed ...

Would be considered as fraudster by law court if anything else ...

Other countries may have more bad rules and no protection against such bad fraud or rip off behaviour ...
