u seem to be in panic mode,otherwise i think the price is targeting 50 and 100 ema on 4hr chart.i hope u have taken only partial profit.

hey guys

pretty exciting last 24 hours.... Reminds me of a roller derby! lol

Gonna take a little while to digest what caused all this

Had a fairly decent day and banked 43 pips of profit not being greedy and taking short TP's with short stops so as not to get caught up in the larger ebbs and flows here.

I wasnt prepared to take fresh shorts at these levels once the 2334 was penetrated. But depending on where we close the week I will be PATIENT and re-assess then

Believe me Doc, I don't panic with my trades! Just playing it smart and locking in profit on this tumultuous volatile crazy ass day!

Well done Swiss. I had a long and got stopped out while taking care of stuff on the stove. That will teach me to try and do two things at the same time. *&%#*K

Market is so damn volatile today I mean this has been truly ridiculous.

So many 20+ pip 5 min candles both long and short, and some larger than that.

What is it about today that brought all the big players out to play??
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

Also anyone notice AUD surge 50 pips while E/U fell 100? That is strange, normally they fall and rise together, with AUD falling much less of course. But never have I seen another USD currency go up that much with E/U tanking like it did.

What would happen if E/U surged up here? Would AUD go down? Lmao.

Sell limit was at 1.23933 just missed

Stupid of me not to put it below the 78.6 retrace of Junes correction (1.2385)

the thinking is one can,t find everything and one has to work with limited information in this world hence u may have higher probability than certainty in any situation.reading through the interviews of big players in market one get the impression most of the time they dont have a perfect information either.
in my view market is constant like ocean closer u move to it, wilder it will become and the only variable is oneself,hence take care of oneself and how u balance is single most important job of a trader.i do apologise if u find it patronisng or rude and if so, do ignore my post thank u.

Doc. Do you see what I mean as far as price reversing?

When I scalp or trade intraday, I will exit at a discipline 50 or 100 pip target depending on how price behaves at those target areas and the reason for the trend. The sudden drop in Euro was an opportunity to lock in ALL profits at price exhaustion. Wait for a retrace and re-enter another position for longer term hold if I wish, with lower risk exposure but HIGH reward.... Maybe 38.2% or 61.8% fib retrace on the drop for potential re-entry. Hope this helps you understand my trading and no need to panic. Just trading smart.

Hello Wulfgar, I'm waiting your analysis. I'm flat today just got + 40 pips and dozed off. Missed the 1.2380. I put my sell limit at 1.2440 , not triggered , may be its too high. What is your opinion on the EU next week.
