Many thanks for the post. I think now i am in a correct direction. Intresting thing is Vytautas not posting much to this thread. From his advice i understood Sonic R is a method and it is not a system. One should experience himself about this method and the experience vary from one person to another.

Entered short, per attached. This is first trade of week for me. It is asian session trade, higher risk due to lower market activity and shorter runs ususally, but today there is good down angle on the Dragon and the Dragon is below the Trend, which continues to slant down. The TP is from H1 and conservative (within the days range). The SL is tight, and I'm hoping to get away with it since big whips are not usual for this time of the forex trading day.

I am following, i see u placed tp on Fibo 88.6 if looking on d1.

Well tight stop loss, otherwise good trade in my point of view.

Well here is similar trade to GU.

But entry would be only when price out from the dragon, that is short.

No, I never looked at D1. I set the TP from the central area of the lower consolidation area, on H1 as I said.

I see EU potential breakout after price contraction for many hours.
Those seeing H4 chart GMT00 may see several inside bars pattern.

Also on H4, overall USD strength show early sign of weakness ...still early.
Today Draghi may set things into motion. I'll be careful when swing trading...with short AU,EU,GU long UCHf,UCad

very high probability PA trade with H4 double inside bar (DIB) pattern and dragon support.
be ready with a PLan B and take the reverse trade direction when thing turnaround. Sell and Buy also make money today.

More news for USD. PA spike may take opp side in LS or NS. Wide SL may help.

Looking at H4, and from just a PA viewpoint, earlier PA bounced up off of support and later dropped down thru it, including a gap down in that process. And after some time below, now the price is rammed up to back test the support turned resistance, where consolidation is taking place, just beneath.

I can see the viewpoint that the run up to backtest the SR area is a sign of USD weakness. However, this gap closing run up might also be to attain higher ground again to build short positions before a deeper move down.

In fact, only conjectures can be made when trying to use past PA to get a handle on what might be coming, because not anything is reliable to forcast what the minds behind the market might decide to do next. You see possible USD weakness ahead. I see possible stocking up on shorts for a run down, or USD strength. And nobody knows anything for sure.

So, we drop down to M15,.........and wait. If we get a valid setup, we trade it, no matter what the direction and no matter what our bias. So, in the end, what good are these "analysis" anyway? I'm trying to get away from doing them because they can create a bias. And if the bias turns out wrong, it ends up adversely affecting trading decisions on M15 setups.
