I would be inclined to sell it, unless there an important economical news that justify long trading. The Europeans/FED have not given any reason to believe in the salvation of the Euro.

Nothing new. PA still not wanting to go north. Huge volatility observed in H4. Gosips on gosips. US retails sales bad, so lets dump the dollar. That seems all about. People gambling in that the FED will do something about.
The scary part of M15 is how accurate the wall were marked in the previous posts.
Note that the a Reversal might be occuring if PA rises to ~1.2350 and holds.

A crazy days that kiledl many bulls and bears. Still it looks like a range. So I like the range strategy with a south bias.

in forex without some heavy mindset development. For example,
now should we buy or sell. Look at M15 and see how crazy today was.
Also see how prior to BB speach PA behave nicely following Elliot shapes
and then boom! no more elliot but a falling knife killing all the bulls.
Me? I closed my short just at 1.2191.

So...what shall we do? Me? Selling even though PA might reach all the way to 1.24 or higher...who cares...let Merkel solve the Euro problem and the I will surely turn north.


Edit: any one doing day trading needs to keep their eyes closer to the ground. Awareness of D1 is important but H1 is critical to define their trend..Me? I am not day trading so...D1 is the game...that does not mean that I do not watch the market during the day...I do I do.

Pa is watching 1.2312 and then 1.2334.
If 1.2334 is broken and will begin considering
an interim north position. I mean I will still hold
a south positional view but I will follow/hedge those positions.

Finally BB stopped talking and PA will move away from 2 days news event. I suspect we will have a reduction in volatility. Nothing that BB said convinced the lady to journey north. I am still selling.

Every time bears push down, the bulls push up and there is a new lower high. Ready for a reversal. I will close my shorts no later than tomorrow if PA cannot break the 1.2216 walls within the next 24 hours. I feel that we are entering into a dangerous zone.

Actually...I just decided to go flat...

The M15 analysis might be wrong

By the way, a look at D1 shows grinding of all bulls and bears stops.

On top of that, I see this crazy ascending triangle in H1.
I do not trade H1 nor patterns but it seems that north is coming:
all pressure south is damped north. Higher than 1.2320 is in break out territory.

An evening after a gap...A Doji in D1 shows and 50 pip range in M15 show a closed gap. Interesting to remember this pattern.
