I think I've been looking at things backwards. I have always been told that you need to step back and see things from the higher-time-frame perspective, but I've come to the conclusion that maybe it should be the other way around.
The higher time frames are more representative of the "herd" and the lower time frames are where the direction of the HTF's are created.
Since I started thinking this way, my success rate has improved. I now check the HTF's for a general idea of what the "herd" is up to, but I make my entry decisions on the 15M and the 5M charts. I do use the HTF's to place TP's, but using the HTF's to determine direction is the cause for me sticking with trades TOO long instead of getting out and waiting for the next signal to come along.
The LTF's are where all the action is taking place that creates the waves we hold so near and dear to our hearts.
Sonic Deejay provide us with the design plans for our "vehicle" and TAH took those plans and created the template(s) that show us EVERYTHING we could possibly need to know to get where we want to go with our trading.
As always, just my opinion - for what it's worth.

I've been making a determined effort to get with the program
and to stick with the rules.
As you can see from the chart, I had one trade that I didn't
want to turn loose of. In my "mind" I believed it would turn around
eventually (anyone ever heard of that before?), but I finally came
to the conclusion (way too late) that it wasn't going to happen so I closed it.
This is a perfect example of WHY we need to use hard stops. Had
I done so, my month would have been pretty decent, but clinging
to that trade was my downfall.

It also stresses the importance of having a very concise exit rule, whether that is a crossover, price exceeding a level, or just a stop loss placement rule etc. Without a concise rule, the Trader can be tempted to "adjust stops", use a "mental stop", use a stop that allows the loser to run more than normal etc. etc, all bad stuff for most.
VERY VERY few, can get away without having concise exit rules, and I am not one of them.... Best rule of thumb is to NOT even enter a trade unless you know your exit before entering. In my case, I have a very specific signal that tells me I HAVE to exit, no exceptions (not Sonic system)
Sadly, I still have to RE-LEARN the importance of this from time to time, I always say Discipline is the hardest skill to Master for most. Anyway you're not alone in this lesson, far from it
To me would be B as the L in B could be named LL where in A is not the case
I just started to look through the method and as much I love it I'd love to read somewhere a proper manual how to eat it (instead of trying and guessing)
