Well folks. The market seems comatose this morning. Perhaps waiting for some comments to come out of the Eurogroup meetings. I wouldn't hold my breath for anything major... just the same verbal diarrhea regurgitated.

I'm heading out for some fresh air and sun.

I'll be back for the NY session.

If the world comes to an end while I'm gone, I'll tell you about it when I come back

I think Friday are exceptions.

Anyway, if it does rise, perhaps I will get my sell limit at 1.2360 triggered before the drop.

Ofc everyone is biased. This is capitalism. If he wasnt biased, he wouldnt get paid. Just read as much as you can. I find best sources TTMYGH, ft.com, and last, but not least Euranalysis and RUT.

All articles are biased and many times contradictory... It is up to you as a trader to make a choice what to read / accept / agree or not. Many of them are total BS. But it kills some time.

In my opinion, there is a different tone tonight than we've seen in the last few.

During the last few nights, PA had been flirting with overtaking 1.23 but continued to get slapped down pretty hard.

The reaction after yesterday's NY sell-off has felt quite different. The recovery toward 1.23 has been severely muted. PA made an attempt for 1.2290 but was rejected, now it appears that 1.2280 is serving as a rejection zone and visits to that level are being met with sellers faster and faster.

Price is compressing, that's obvious... but it's starting to feel more and more like it's compressing to the downside. I wouldn't be surprised to see a break lower with NY. It's Friday and the week has been rather dull. Nobody expects a decent move... it'd be the perfect time.

I'm off to get some sleep, but will be back for early NY.

Btw, I have never tested this thingie, but one of my friends does this for like 6 years. It is more related to sociology than economy, but he uses youtube to get mobile phone videos of people who actually were at the demonstrations. Now I am referring to problems in Lybia, Syria. It is very hard to make a picture of what the hell is going on in there just from local (European) news. He insists it is working perfectly and although the videos disappear quite soon, one or two days after demonstration, he really can see what happened there.

I think that was pretty obvious. It wasn't the depth of answer I was looking for. You'll have to forgive me, I don't hang around this thread or eur/usd thread very often; I didn't realize he gets asked it on a regular basis. I'll find the information myself.
