Sorry folk, but trading is about making money. Why else would we trade? To make money, one uses leverage - whatever it might be. And one takes risk - whatever the r:r migh be. And gain pips - Whatever the whatever might be.

It would be stupid to trade for the sake of risk, or money management, or leverage... Surely all these things are taken into account by the sensible trader, but to the effect of making money.

Saying that trading is about managing risk, or whatever, is a bit off the track, not so? If I want to do something for the sake of managing risk, I would go cliff hanging... Because I pay accounts from the proceeds of my trading, I want to make money. End of story.

If you are institutional or managing other people's money, or even if you want to be consistent for more than a good lucky streak, it's ALL about managing risk.

The market is not an ATM machine. It's technically easy to ride along with it and make money, but it's there to take you out. You have to manage that risk actively.

i cant believe some traders were expecting German`s Spanish bailout aid approval will rocket to Euro ! 1.2160-1.2430 will remain as a range for a while.

I hate politics. Soon people will start to demonstrate and riot on streets (as once it happened in Greece). I am sure eurozone leaders will sort it out somehow and European citizens will pay it. God bless them.

Europe

For me Europe is a place with high inflation country where you have to pay 2 Euro with current exchnage rate to buy pepsi. .125 fils in bahrain

Euro was piggy bagged by germany all the time to give stregth to all the euro counter parts

Inflation started to creep whereby cost of production gone up

Banks started to increase the lending rate where by production cost gone high

Euro country thought tourisam will bring money

Greece started to spend more than the infllow

If germany pull the plug out no more euro on the earth.

nope you are incorrect

Forex is not about making money 1st, its about surviving 1st.
Is not a get rich quick scheme.
Forex Trading is a drug and is addicting
Its more about protecting what you already have 1st.

It takes a lot of research, study, screen time, patience and finally disipline, sticking to your trade plan.

Yes at the end of the day you want to increase your account, but take out any of the above, and you will shrink your account

The is clear reasons why 95% of traders fail, why not heed them
