Oh, good old Cloggie! I ran through his posts and his capacity to analyze and forecast market moves is quite something. I was around when he was still posting here and learned a hell of lot. "The really useless thread" doesn't deserve it's name and I picked up some tricks along the way.
Anyway, is 1.2235x consolidation or a bounce? I think we could see another leg down, but waiting for a setup.
It is good that you got to read some of his great posts as well.
I have been short since earlier today. I am 80 pips in the positive. So that is beyond my daily goal. And it is on my live account that I just started trading yesterday. On the 4 hour I see two things. 1. Double top that just broke past the neck line. If we measure the distance from the top of the formation to the neckline, that is how much further I am guessing it would go. Purely Technical. 2. Again on the 4 hour, near the top, I see a bearish candle pattern, [3 outside down].
I don't use Meta trader, so my higher time frames look a bit different.
On my charts it hasn't successfully past 1.22380. If it does, then extra bonus for me. I still a while for the next candle. So just doing house chores, and playing video games on my computer. Also, on the Monthly, we are in a bearish trend. Alright..... time to go back to the forex waiting game.
Luck has no place in trading. Leave that for the poker table.

I'm with you with that bearish bias along with the fact that news are coming ( Bernanke and HP).

I am now just over 100 pips in the positive. I know about Bernake, but what does HP mean? Hewlette Packard?
