Yes! Well, I delayed because of that Nostradomous thing and got in long at 2281 instead of 2293 where I thought the price would bounce off the lowest TL in the system.

now 10 days pasted and we are at the same level?

hmm. why euro didnt fall to suppose 1.21? 1.20? 1.19?

More small pendings,pretty much trying to enter the trade in better place.

My first trade of the day:

Short @ 97.05 SL 97.15, gained my risk and covered 1/3 and SL moved to 97.10.

Friendly advice

Your question is too loaded with too many variables.

Firstly when you prepare trade plan, entry and exit must be calculated to a strict formula.
If r/r is 1/1 (risk 10 to gain 10) etc this should be minimum.

adjust rr to what pips is available, ie if is 100 pip to next good level, your rr should only target max 75% of what you calculated pa will offer tp rr 1/1 risk 75 pip to gain 75 pip rr 1/2 risk 37.5 pip to gain 75 pip rr 1/3 risk 25 pip to gain 75 etc etc

Remember rr has nothing to do with how much pip you try get, but more how much you prepared to risk to get them.

Also r/r has nothing to do with how many pip you get overall, it is specific to each trade, ie
Your rr is 1/2 risk 20 to gain 40, if you set sl -20 and close at 38+ it is a failed trade, very important you stick strickly to trade plan.
If same trade above, and close + 1000 pips, it is success only for your original rr +40, rest is bonus, but it still is only 1 success trade.

so at weeksend, dosnt matter how many pip you gained or lost, only important figure is your r/r success ratio, this and only this will determine if your week was success.

Often, I will partial bank 1st to offset sl risk, and if pa is kind, 2nd to achieve my original rr, the 25% not targeted of original range, I will set that many pips as trailing stop for remainder of trade, this trade has achieved, rr, removed sl risk, aka free trade, and is free to do whatever pa will let it do, it could run for hrs days or weeks, couldnt care less, forget it, let trailing take care of it and move onto next trade plan.

If is negative swap, have to micromanage to continually offset swap rate, but this anoother story

Some of main reasons people fail as treders is
a. no trade plan - entry exit rr mm etc etc
b. holding onto a loser trade
c. closing a winning trade to early
d. over trading
there is many more but will fill page even worser than this post

Bro every trader has your worry, you not alone, to succeed and stay liquid, you need start developing strict disicpline

trade i took on eu for 1100 pip now in -800 pip (1:1) , it suppose to hit tp before September , more likely s/l
