I'm also short on aud from 1.0255. I'm gonna let that one run for a while.
FA wise, I think the Aussie could be in some trouble. Mining is looking very bleak now. All commodities pointing lower. I'm still watching and waiting for 0.9387
Aus has sadly become too reliant on China, China boom Aus Boom, China tighten, Aus strangled
Aussie like many economies have become puppets to china control, everyone is worry euro fall over, world fall over, is possible, but it is also with China, she now has much influence on world economies.
China was purchasing everything aus could dig out the ground, to the extent they now own much of the minerals / ore still to be mined.
This major purchasing last few years, aussie has boomed, emplyment, housing, consumer spending, govt spending, but now, sadly like all mismanaged booms,
The seller buyer relationship has changed, Auss need to sell, China can buy whenever they need, is a very powerful postion to be in businesswise.
China orders down, no big problem for her, but big problem for aussie, no orders, less jobs, less housing demand, actually much oversupply, less consumer spending, finally less govt spending,
1st dice was cast yesterday, bad unemployment data, au took a major hit, blew through couple good supports, with present resistances in tact.
Yes bro her in big trouble, check 4hr breached rising ltl, and now at a level that "could" be a 1st touch the ltl of a rising channel, if bulls cant defend this tl / level, is not much underneath
with another possible attack at parity, which would be the neckline of a very ugly H&S 4hr,
