In times like this I always think back to ....... ehhhh I think it was October 4th last year.
Everyone was screaming short, including MSNBC investment channel, Bloomberg, Reuters and of course here at FF
The next day we started a 1000 pip bull run in just 4 weeks

ideal target is at 1.1915 although I think it could easily go a bit lower (~75 or so).

I might cut some of the lower entries at 1.2150/80 and maybe even some of the higher ones. I'm starting to get enough paper profits on that it's making me a big antsy, plus I have some small trend line support that, if it holds, might be what I need to convince myself to finally bag some pips.

Excellent! I have a similar levels in mind Looks like we're about to scratch out another LL too. Perhaps I won't get another chance to short higher @ 1.225 or 1.228x

And the engulfing bearish daily candle 2 days ago is an obvious bear pattern.

But I keep watching.

My AUD short is going very nicely.
+47 pips now after I already cashed 63 pips.

+47 pips now after I already cashed 63 pips.
I'm with ya on that, Killer. It feels like we should be dropping harder than we've been the last few days. That tells me one of two things: the bottom is about to REALLY fall out, or the bottom isn't ready to give yet and we could see a face melting, short-covering rally. I keep tightening SLs (still short EUR/GBP and GBP/USD too) and preparing for either scenario.

I know you're doing great, congrats Geppy,
But keep a close watch, the reverse might come totally at an unexpected moment.
One fart from Bernanke, Draghi or something in China can change everything faster than you can imagine.

I'm also short on aud from 1.0255. I'm gonna let that one run for a while.

FA wise, I think the Aussie could be in some trouble. Mining is looking very bleak now. All commodities pointing lower. I'm still watching and waiting for 0.9387

First trade of the day.

Short @1.0181, risked 13 pips (1%), gained 13 pips, covered half and trailed SL to 1.0190 and 1.0177 and 1.0168.

Hmmm nice, yep some good traders here but also a lot of not so good traders. but still they are helpful for contra trading:-). Just started trading about 4 months ago, few years ago i traded stocks and index only. quit that to stress full and taking way to much time. Started forex just to make a little extra no plans to be a full time trader so no sca for me i guess;-)
