It has stalled at the 61.8% retracement level of the 1.233x to 1.223x fall.

It will need to clear 78.6% @ 1.2312 to provide a good confidence level that it will exceed the 1.233x level.

I will buy dips above 1.2250

Targets: initial 1.2140 for short positions, and for the long I'll just move up the sl as I see fit.

I took a short EURUSD position at 1.22587 at 4:15am NY time.
Shortly after, it rose to 1.22962
Now trading around 20 pips below that
Trade to be closed before 5pm NY time.
