H4 and D1 showing big @$$ bear flags, be advised. Imho, optimum sell points are 1.2290, 1.2335 (YH). However, we might fall in a consolidation pattern or a small retracement might be in the cards. This scenario falls if we go under 1.2210.

Trade safe.

Good question,Same problems every where,to many non performers.
Working tax payers do not want to pay for the welfare system.
Good place for young families etc,but its when they need to find good paying jobs.They tend to leave for higher income jobs overseas.
A lot of people with money are starting to build down here,more than worried about losing it to the tax man over there.
Lots of plans been draw up for really expensive houses,5 million up wards etc
Hope fully with low interest rates this will happen sooner rather than later.

Wow, what about the average joes with regards to housing?

Sound like they are in quite a bit of trouble. Those expensive properties are meant for resale or as vacation houses?
