i am still s the gbp for 1.49 and 1.41 targets.. i probably should close. and short the swan song. euro is banking on selling ebonds.. we tried this back in 2008 by bundling up the good housing loans with the bad ones. then people selling them like Bear and Stearn had no buyers. now they plan do the same by bundling greek and German bonds ect. whats old is new again. sos just a different day. people even here will be a mouthpiece for the banks spreading garbage on how great this is. the problem is the bond market is smarter this time.. they are not going to buy whats being sold. i mentioned that German bonds were risen as the others were dropping a few weeks back. .. shit happens for a reason.. i would like to sell higher. i may have already missed that chance at 2328/39.. i am still hoping we need to test 2368 to give a shot at 2431 min

As I see it, we spent this week ranging between the 127.1 and 161.8 Fib extension, drawn from the June 28 low to the June 29 high (including the first EU summit-spike). So, as long as we don´t break the 161.8, maybe there´s still steam left for a move back to 2328.

Funny thing is, just when you get enough traders with that sentiment, we get a heavy bull run. Which I expect for the rest of this week. Watchout for that FOMC statement tommorrow, could be the Hawkish QE signal that the bulls are looking for as a catalyst for a run.
All that is left in FF is just plain garbage. "Cloggie"

I'll have everything closed for fomc this time.
It can go either way but if it goes up it will probably be limited

What I do is usually trade the pull-backs with lower leverage than trading the direction of the trend, and tighter sl.

You see on a 1 hour chart we have made a higher low and on a daily looks like a slow down of this downward momentum. However there could be one more fakeout down move before we make a retrace back up which is what I am aiming for at the moment. Just like what EUR/GBP did recently!

yes they are very bearish.. and we moved 465 pips.. you need new shorts to go lower. to get them smart money lets a bounce happen..

Agreed, if you are a Elliott Waver we have just finished wave 3 in an impluse wave down, corrective wave 4 should allow the bounce before the last wave 5 down! We will see how much the smart money lets it bounce. Thanks for your comments.

I think the bounce will push us up to 2430ish and if we get momentum could see it go to the 2460's...If the Fed pipes up!
