Yeah, OK. Itīs just a weird feeling, staring at my 5m-charts and not knowing that price has already been rejected at S1.

Edit: But if I dealt with it in the past, I can deal with it now.

Now that Oanda no longer offers retail traders (like the 99% of us on ForexFactory) with trade information that takes place just before the Sunday open, most of us have to rely on this forum to find out what the hi/low was and it was many thanks to Mercy for letting us know what the high was (2309)

Oanda use to be the only broker that offered it to the retail market and unfortunately now that they no long offer it because they want to match "industry standards" (ie. follow the herd) I'll be relying on FF to see what's happening before the ticker on my chart starts to beat.

Hi all

Based on price action for the past 2 weeks and a break below prior support on the daily and weekly charts, I have 2 pending sell orders on the euro.

Sell [email protected], stop [email protected], target [email protected]
Sell [email protected], stop [email protected], target [email protected]

I'll post an update as the week progresses.

I had open trades ( short ) and when market opened at 5 EDT, It opened at 1.2260. The price candle was moving right from 5 EDT, however i could not close the open short trades at 5 EDT.

Finally after 5 minutes I closed at 1.2271. which resulted in 11 pips loss in profit.

Any one came across such problems?

I wrote an email to my broker and asked them to compensate the loss of 11 pips.
Intraday only.

What matters is the opening price @ 3 PM Eastern, and that was the same as Oanda after 1 minute open

I'm with Ava and all my open and pending orders have disappeared. Showing a connection up and down but orders and history have gone! I wonder if it's because of this story?

The high and low of the sunday trade are important to me for several reasons, but a main reason is that it dictates the week's range and that's the range of pips that the pair tends to move in and without that information it's hard to play with them.

That's how I trade and since they want to frack with us retailers I might as well as lay out the secret of why it's so important for many traders out there, it's how the big boys trade.
