Trading 4-hour you have the choice to check your chart every 4-hour or not. It depends on the market condition.
But when I have open trades, I manage them every 4-hours. So I get disrupted sleep.
More often, between GMT1600 till GMT2300 there is little market activity. So this is good for me as I live in GMT+8 time zone....

Couldn't you utilize a chart alarm that would sound off (or even
text message you) if the price does something extraordinary?

That might allow you a little freedom to sleep some.

BTW, I enjoy your posts and your perspective on things.

Well it a bit doggy, but valid setup in London session, so i guess 20-25 pips, not more as it is friday and soon and tomorrow there is a Ferrari championship in Portugal and there is a Russian girl who will beat the s**t out of the competition. I know that, coz she is hot.

Long setup by sonic all exept bias, but that myght be overlocked by overselling on H4.

I would predict 40 pips not more.

The ones who opened trades <30 min before high impact news in my opinion are too risky. Today the scenario itīs diferent than yesterday in the GU, isnīt?.

I don't get why people would try to catch the bottom after such bearish movement last few days. You are trading the CHART, not your perception. Not advice anyone but I'm talking to myself too.
