for a split second, anyone believe 1.2500 gonna break to the downside today? I know fundies outta ECB coming out in like 30 minutes

hmmm looks like bullish divergence on EU and EJ H1 charts and a few dojis/pinbars on EJ for now ... not sure what to make of it

Imo: BoE 50 Bn QE + China ,25% ratecut = ECB ,25% ratecut.

i just realised i was speaking about g/u and dow/wall st duh. i was actually cancelling my short on dow when it spiked up so obviously got stopped out lol but i had a trigger inplace for a buy so that was gooood. and like you i am shorting for a drop. g/u was good too and nothing happened with e/u

Okay I'm back.

Noooooo!!!!!! That damn PBOC piggybacked the BOE again? Hmmm, it's kind of poetic if you think about it. China humping the UK

Anyway, looks like the effect was limited in all risk assets except for WTI Crude which is still pushing north. I knew there was a good reason why I refused to advocate a USD/CAD long until we get a final push down.

Okay, it's all over now. Nothing left to see here... move on.. On to the ECB rate cut in 15 minutes.

I am still holding short 10% of inital trade from yesterday at 1,25807.
Let ECB decide what it wants to do with it, i dont care( well not realy) target is below 1,2450.

ECB cut 25 basis point. Deposit rate cut to 0. All rates cut today.

looks like deposit rate is also cut. That would be very bearish as it would put more cash in circulation.
