Just as always, daily update for those interested...

EUR/USD broke the minor support around 1.2565 in accordance with downtrend, price is currently reacting to 1.2520 rate respected before and now the best logical support seems to be the intersection between the trendline and 1.2440 spot.

The 4 hourly chart seen below shows these levels for the recent price action, good market reaction and volatility.

Below is the daily chart where the trendline can be seen as part of the triangle formation made during last week price action, a clear trend down but the market is tightening on its range, expect further contraction until the pattern is broken.

CCI hasn't got to the overbought area and Friday's burst north isn't covered yet by recent price weakening, so nothing clear to do on this time frame but there may be an opportunity on lower ones before getting to 1.2440.

I also thought this day was going to be a quiet one for the holiday, surprise!

If its closes past 1.255 resistance to 1.2560, you'd better go long and absolutely NOT short

of course it may go even higher, but the most important thing is market retraced %70 from last weeks high/low and lost much opportunity to go even higher. in normal conditions, shorting would be wiser, however one has to just watch over the PA and momentum while shorting just in case conditions may change. overall, i see bear has more opportunity...
