Nice re-entry point for those joining in @ 1.0160. let's rock & roll
Jumped in during a small pullback @ 1.0158. 32 pips profit so far, put first SL at 1.0172 which is wider than what you had suggested. This is the first time that I have been profitable in USDCAD in a long time. Buying Aussie right now as well, 40 pips in profit. All of this is demo, had to go cut back on the live trading in order to get rid of some bad habits and develop some new good habits. Thanks for putting it out there D2tz

Why would you stop there?
If everything will collapse, trade your gold bars for cattle and food.
And let's go back to the good ole trade. I'll trade you a cow for 2 goats. Oh wait I'll trade my daughter for a cream cheese bagel (with salmon).

I bet you hold a few gold bars and your objective is total mayham so you can double your worth in gold... Which again will be measured in currency

And keeping the same objective / take profit @ 1.0065.
We're within daily expected range and I hope to get there before American session (let's call it Canadian session today considering Independance day in the us )

I think I am opting to TP around 1.0120 as it rests on the 200 SMA on Daily chart. I will then see if it breaks and re enter, I suppose this is really novice of me.

This pair is dancing and possible going up test 1.2650-75 before NFP.

Well I was expecting a rally until ecb/nfp for a sell-off late week but the market is really weak/dead so hard to really say. Maybe London will give us some direction

Snapping a fib from the recent swing low to last swing high shows the pair hanging around the 38.2, which is also near the 1.2600 level. The fib and psychological number of 1.2600, plus some historical support at the 1.2600 might give it a bounce. I put a pending order to go long at 1.2605, TP at 1.2685 which is on the conservative side of the last high, and SL at 1.2566 which is just below the last low. I am using the 240 min time frame and only consider the full body of the candle when determining the level, I feel wicks are just skid marks, so to speak. Of course, I am using demo, and my rationale may be flawed. This is why i put it out there so that more experienced traders can constructively critique me so that I can move onward to profitable live trading from my beach house in the Caymans!

Frankfurt should be settling down and hopefully I get a fill and an exit during the London session.
