let's share & improve this system together !

1/ indicator

need improvement, bug somewhere to heavy & freeze my screen
need new alerts logic other then the simple break of support & resistance lines

2/ support & resistance lines

on any time frame the oneway candles give us some support & resistance line,
they are a bit different from standard ones & can have some value.

3/ logic for trading

A] need ideas, help, suggestion for filter of signals LA & LB

B] Logic A = LA = 1 red + 1 blue & Blue close > Red open

C] Logic B = LB = 1 red + 1 st blue + 2nd blue

history of code

made kindly & well done by futurespec "Mn"

then modified by other coder.............

now its a bit heavy & freezing
but lines are deleted well

logic for delete of lines is

if any open > < any support & resistance lines

= alert & delete of line

here signals are even harder to sort out

will try to be more logic

the strong point is the support n resistance lines

so will use them to filter signals

( need live market, more to follow next week )

idea is

1R + 1B + B break resistance of R....

when I said "trade this way" I didn't mean this system exactly (this system isnt even well defined) what I meant is scalping 1min and lower timeframe charts using s/r levels ..... very hard to do but this Magellan guy has been knocking it out for thousands of percent a month.

It's a good thread and the guy himself actually shows up! It's still not tempting me to start trying to scalp 10 second charts. I suppose it's up to you if this style of trading fits your personality. I still maintain that the majority of traders (the vast majority!) will empty their accounts before they start filling them trading 1 min charts. Yes some people can do it.

if break of resistance by other candle, signal is not valid !

Yes but do not most of the system threads that I have started have some merit? Are they not well thought out and presented? Can you not tell that quite a bit of work has gone into each of them? I have a lot of system ideas and I like to share them so other people can benefit and also so they can be improved. I don't know what your problem is but I don't see you contributing much?

I was looking at this system and since the indicator has to do with support and resistance. I have tried the following:

  1. Place a buy pending order on top of the last red candle and adjust to the next one if any, SL at the biggest low on that move.
  2. For pending sell order, do the opposite on the blue candles.
  3. Best time, UK and NY,
  4. maybe ignore very small candles (3pips)
  5. maybe include spread and 2 or 3 pips on pending orders for better filtering.

Basically this becomes a breakout system. I have looked at this on 5 min time frame up to 1H and it seems good, no holly grail but no losses yesterday. I´ll try it monday.

Sorry for my english, perhaps it is not very clear.

I know your trying to explain as clearly as possible, I still do not get it.

What I am hearing is; Blue candle is resistance. So, should a red candle Close below THE LOW of Blue candle, this would signal an entry??????

when down

following each new resistance lower

then hit good support

this support = blue bar > = 5

strongest blue bar on the previous rally

see power of each bar over / under
