Well the coordinated CB action is one of the potential outcomes on the debt crisis so is definitively on the table.

On King, my opinion is very strong. I think the BOE is the worst CB by far this year. Although not all problems in the UK come from the BOE they have a direct responsibility on the latest problems.

Old fashion policies and almost academic responses to the crisis, myopic, lack of alternative policy initiatives, completely out of touch with Cameron economic plan, disconnected from economic reality inside the UK and especially at the EZ level. The BOE has been arrogant and incompetent to say the least....

The UK is the only major country in Europe (and in the OECD) in recession with the highest inflation in the develop world and they keep printing money like mad pouring money to the City and the Banks (which many of them are taxpayer owned) that are sitting in piles of cash creating only inflation.

You cannot cut the hell out of everything (budget cuts) and the same time print money like mad. They have been crowding out the impact on the cuts (which I mostly agree) and the economy via inflation ...You cannot have contradictory policies like that....it doesn't work not here not in Mars. Last numbers this week, show that the target deficit will INCREASE (after all the crap) with inflation and recession...

Sure in case of emergency (EZ collapse) a coordinate action will be need and maybe Mervyn King (and the BOE) can cover their mistakes with the excuse of EZ debt crisis...

The hourly bars don't concern me too much. I think it's much more telling of we test old support as resistance on the hourly. Doing so is only healthy to more downside momentum. It'll look pretty sexy of it holds.

OIL..? different storry, charts are saying that the whole drop from USD100, is a pure BS.. such a bullish Daily div. I havent seen for a while..
Same applies to Gold a nice hidden on daily too..

I am not saying that this is the turning point.. [I dont predict] but IF it is.. then is a nice and huge one.. :nerd:

Turbulent times. I'm married to nothing. Are we going to get a ...Europe is truly saved...this weekend? Positive. Followed by 25/50bps cut? Negative. But the two cancel one another out and the EU range continues to shrink until it looks like the EurChf chart of late?

Hope not...because I'll be stealing PTL's gun from his holster trying to put one in my head. Not really sure a plunger to the head will work, though.
