Ok, let's see if this wave thing works... Just took short at the 61.8% retracement (1.2475) from leg 3. Leg 5 is supposed to be the strongest I think. Leg 1 and leg 3 were 50 pips long.

Hey Cgb! ... saw you refer to that TDI indi a few times ..I don't know much about it but if you could post it sometime it'd be cool to check it out.

Ok, RSI as a base for the indicator. Quite fair. But moving average of RSI? May be handy, but it is indicator of indicator. Could be pretty misleading imo. Volatility bands? Sure, it is always good to have a view on volatility of the market. I prefere to make daily high - daily low for this calculation though.

I havent found how MBL is calculated though. Which is kinda failure of the document, since this line seems to be base of whole indicator. Do you know calculation Cgb?

It's the average of the upper and lower deviation line (high + low / 2).

I'm trying to upload the code but I can't. The file has a little lock beside it and I just can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it. It was downloded from the web and all files I download get this stupid thing. Anybody?

Edit no2: Ah I may know what is your problem. You mean lock of Adobe? Adobe is sick. When owner of document locks it, there is no way to copy part of document unless you have some program to do it.

Yet again, I wish I were a scalper. I simply cant enter single trade before summit + quarterly data, unless we make it to 1,285.

At least my spare time has already produced few nice macros.

That's the problem when the market is consolidating in a range. The majority wait for a breakout while the smart ones sell the tops and buy the bottoms.

Generally it should be a scalpers wet dream but I've had only two short positions since yesterday. I find it a little too choppy. My range would be anything between (1.2500/20 and 1.2475/55 thanks to PT).

I prefer to scalp a trending market. Somebody let me know when that happens
