this panic and fear could crash the market even before the summit is over. regardless, my bias changed and im expecting new highs in US dollar.

After breaking below the 1.2500/20 support area, the market got news that Spain has officially requested a bailout. However, now that the conditions of any such bailout are fuzzy at best, the negative sentiment continues. Spanish and Italian bond yields are back on the rise and Spanish bank stocks are weakening.
If price manages to form a new low today and trip the stops at 1.2470, then the most likely next target will be the 1.2420 support area with an extension to compete the H4 double top pattern at the 1.2385 support area.
On the top side, should the markets get a boost of hopium, 1.2500/10 should provide good resistance. However a break upwards from there will trigger the neckline on an inverse H/S pattern on M5/M15. The target of such a breakout to complete the pattern will be the 1.2535 area
E/U M15

No bias to long now because of euro weakness.
Just a caution for whom considering to short now.
ADD: May be I will short once the support is breached. (However I'm aware of BOJ intervention. So with small lot).
