Would doing a small buy EUR/GPB off set,hedge as I had a long eur/us

Probably best hedge against an E/U long would be an A/U short

U/CAD broke out of the falling wedge yesterday with a vengance. Now I await a break out of the falling channel. Any minute now.

I am in fact hoping to see a retrace back up to the 1.2600/05 area before continuing down, but at this point it is only a hope. Sentiment is still negative so we may see a move to test the 1.2500/20 area before a bounce. Technically the oversold condition we had yesterday has diminished itself through the overnight flat consolidation. We will have to wait until London open to properly gauge the sentiment...

The above questions are for myself. When I know the answers I know if I have a trade.

US Bond Yields are at .30% and 1.64% for 2 year and 10 year US Bonds.

A call from one of my services.

EUR/USD intraday: the downside prevails. Pivot: 1.257

Most Likely Scenario: Short positions below 1.257 with targets @ 1.2475 & 1.244 in extension.

Alternative scenario: Above 1.257 look for further upside with 1.261 & 1.264 as targets.

Comment: As long as 1.257 is resistance, likely decline to 1.2475.
