not only because of the USD/CAD chart but because the EUR/USD is bottoming and turning north.

sl in place but I think we are at a good entry at 1.256 for both pairs

My daily chart says that it has already bounced three times on the trendline moving north.

It well could move lower, but tech analysis would suggest that the more times a trend line is tested the stronger its implications become.

Too early to see anything on daily for me. Daily close will give me direction but at this point in time it still seems like it could go both ways.

I agree you will see some form of retracement ,given that you are working with a shorter TF than I am.


However, since the monthly bar has not proceeded past the 50% mark of last month, there is currently no threat to this downtrend from a monthly perspective, IMO.

This is my 4H chart, I think the price will go up from 1.255 zone from now on and in asian time, to touch and test the trend line in my pic, and in London and American time of tomorrow, will go on down, this is my thought.

It's still well within the realms of a long term bear move. It just needs to go away and eat more wheaties before it can gain strength/momentum to force a new low. My long term view is still strong bearish
