We sent this to our clients, but per the request of one of our clients I'm sharing it here as well.

"All eyes are on the Greek elections this Sunday and volatility is expected to be high in the currency markets. The volatility will not be isolated to the Euro but potentially all currency pairs as Central Banks around the globe are standing by to take action, if necessary. The volatility could trigger stop orders and could result in larger than normal spreads. We recommend you review your open orders and currency positions and adjust them accordingly.

VOLATILITY IS EXPECTED TO BE EXTREMELY HIGH AND PAIRS COULD GAP TO EXTREME LEVELS PRIOR TO THE MARKET OPEN, AFTER 5 PM EASTERN TIME, ON SUNDAY. GOING INTO SUNDAY WITH POSITIONS CONSTITUTES A HIGHER DEGREE OF RISK AND YOU SHOULD ENSURE ADEQUATE FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO PREVENT A MARGIN RISK LIQUIDATION OR TO PREVENT YOUR ACCOUNT FROM GOING NEGATIVE."

I took the day off of trading today having cleared my positions earlier in the week in anticipation of the weekends High event risk... I always close positions before the European Equity close on Friday's anyway....

Just looking at the computer getting ready to go through the weekend shut down and I notice we had a bad tick transmitted today. This is the first time I can remember a bad tick ( Not MT4 ) during trading hours... roll over is another story but no trades get triggered then.

These do of course occur in all data streams even expensive subscription feeds like eSignal...

I am posting it in case you look at your chart and see a crazy spike and wonder where it came from.... its just errant data.... delete and enjoy your weekend.

What is the deal with the platform? I've been waiting for a MARKET order to trigger for several minutes now. The quotes clearly show that there are orders available ... what the hell?

I'm pissed. Sat on hold for 45 mins with MB Trading support and finally gave up. I received the email Friday about some bogus orders being filled but figured it didn't affect me since my stop was 600 pips above price. Well, it appears that my positions were covered and then resold. I am trying to log into the site to check what the heck happened and at what price... but the website is down. Ahhhh!!!

Does anyone else's account show a new cost basis as of today???

When I entered into a position within the last hour, the order activated, but the TTO order attached to it was automatically REJECTED (which is BULLCRAP) ... then I immediately tried to close it using market orders, but each time it gets "suspended."

If the system isn't doing its job, then a) you shouldn't be showing quotes and available lots for the pairs, and b) the orders SHOULDN'T GET ACTIVATED IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Thankfully, I'm in the GREEN right now (quite high, actually), but I have a feeling MB Trading is going to end up negating everything that happens today.

No issues here. I have a PFL MT4 account with them. Closed all of my positions Friday morning because I didn't want to hold through the vote. Ran three trades in and out so far today without issues. I don't see that they are going to break anything that happened today.

Finally able to close my position at a decent profit. Still, that was just ridiculous. It may have been specific to EUR/JPY.

No tradeoffice, but I was able to close positions and cancel orders using their Android smartphone app, luckily. Now I get "internal database error" when logging into Desktop Pro and their website is down too...

server down, website down, no one pick the phone.

Your service is very very good.

//quote still not moving. Your company performance is worrying and if continue like this it's a way to go bankruptcy or be sold.

Tradeoffice,

Our various components (website, trade servers, backoffice, phones, Chat, etc.) are all separate systems. They wouldn’t just go down all at once from an internal issue. My understanding is that there was a complete telecomm backbone drop in the So Cal area this morning for a few minutes. We didn’t experience anything internally, meaning our servers and everything were fine, but depending on your location, you might have been unable to connect to us or reach us.
